All Out Games ("we," "us," "our") operates alloutkids.com.ng. This policy explains what information we collect when you shop with us, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. We've written it in plain language on purpose — no legal jargon you have to decode.

A note on children: All Out Games sells toys for children, but this website is intended to be used by parents, guardians, and other adults making purchases — not by children themselves. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Accounts, checkout, and all data on this site are provided by the adult completing the purchase.

1. Information we collect

When you create an account or place an order, we collect:

Your name, email address, and phone number
Delivery address(es) you save to your account
Order history — what you bought, when, and for how much

We do not collect or store your card or bank details. Payments are processed directly by Paystack, a licensed payment processor — your card information goes to them, not to us. You can read Paystack's own privacy policy for how they handle payment data.

2. How we use your information

To process and deliver your orders
To calculate accurate shipping costs based on your delivery state
To send you order confirmations and delivery status updates
To respond when you contact us for support
To improve the store and fix problems when something goes wrong

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your data for purposes beyond running this store, unless you separately agree to something else (for example, opting into marketing messages in future).

3. Who we share information with

We share only what's necessary to fulfil your order:

Paystack — to process your payment securely
Delivery partners / dispatch riders — your name, phone number, and delivery address, so your order can actually reach you

We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

4. How we protect your information

Your password is never stored in readable form — it's scrambled (hashed) using industry-standard methods, so even we cannot see it. Your data is stored on a secured database, and payments never touch our servers directly since Paystack handles that separately. No system is perfectly unbreakable, but we take reasonable, standard precautions to protect your information.

5. Your rights

Under Nigeria's Data Protection Act (NDPA 2023), you have the right to:

Ask what personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate information (you can also update most of this yourself in your account)
Request that we delete your account and associated personal data, subject to reasonable exceptions (for example, we may need to keep order records for tax or legal purposes for a period after deletion)
Withdraw consent for optional communications at any time

6. Cookies and tracking

This site currently uses only what's technically necessary to keep you logged in and your cart working (session cookies). If we add analytics or advertising tracking in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect that clearly before it happens.

7. Data retention

We keep your account and order information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet accounting, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations. You can request account deletion at any time as described above.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
