Terms & Conditions

Last updated:

These terms govern your use of alloutkids.com.ng and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to them. We've kept this as plain and fair as we can — if anything here feels one-sided against you, that's not the intent, and you're welcome to reach out with questions before ordering.

1. Who we are

All Out Games is operated by All Out Multiracial Limited. We sell educational, screen-free toys for children directly to customers in Nigeria — we are the seller of every item on this site, not a marketplace hosting other sellers.

2. Who can order

This store is intended for adults (18 years or older) purchasing on their own behalf or on behalf of a child in their care. If you are shopping for a child, you — the account holder — are the person entering into this agreement with us, not the child.

3. Product information & pricing

4. Orders & payment

5. Delivery

6. Returns, refunds & cancellations

These are covered in full in our separate Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Account responsibilities

8. Our liability

We aim to provide a reliable store and genuine products. That said, to the extent permitted by Nigerian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or delayed deliveries beyond our reasonable control. This does not limit any right you have under Nigerian consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

9. Intellectual property

The All Out Games name, logo, and website design belong to All Out Multiracial Limited. Product photos and descriptions may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without our permission.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally as the business grows. The version in effect at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order. We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever changes are made.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
